Is Plumpi free to use?

Yes, Plumpi is completely free to use. We charge 0% commission on ticket sales, so every dollar your event earns stays yours. For large organizations with specific requirements, we offer tailored collaboration - reach out to our team to discuss your needs.

How does ticketing and payment work?

You can create multiple ticket types - free, paid, donation-based, or invitation-only - each with their own pricing, capacity, and sales windows. Payments are processed securely through local and international gateways, and funds are released to you according to your payout schedule. Automated invoices and receipts are generated for every transaction.

Can I manage my entire team from the platform?

Yes. You can invite team members, create custom roles with tailored permissions, assign tasks, coordinate volunteers, and monitor progress - all from one place. On event day, your team uses the dedicated staff app to scan tickets, log incidents, and receive live instructions in real time.

How does check-in and access control work on the day?

Every ticket comes with a unique QR code, your staff scans them using our mobile app. The app provides instant color-coded results for valid, invalid, already-used, VIP, and zone-restricted tickets, so entry is fast and reliable regardless of event size.

Can I sell tickets in Khmer and accept local payments?

Yes. Plumpi is built for Cambodia first. The platform supports both English and Khmer across all interfaces, and integrates natively with local payment infrastructure including KHQR, alongside international payment options.

What happens if I need to cancel or refund tickets?

You define your own refund policy when setting up your event - including full refund windows, partial refund periods, and exceptions for specific ticket types. If you cancel your event, refunds are triggered automatically. You also retain the ability to process manual overrides at any time.

Can I track performance and measure the success of my event?

Yes. Plumpi provides real-time and post-event analytics covering ticket sales, attendance, check-in patterns, marketing campaign performance, attendee engagement, and financial results. All reports are exportable in CSV and PDF formats so you can share insights with your team or stakeholders.

Is Plumpi suitable for events with multiple venues, sessions, or exhibitors?

Absolutely. For complex events, Plumpi supports multi-session agendas, speaker management, exhibitor and booth assignments, sponsor packages, and floor plan management with zone control. You can coordinate every stakeholder and every space from a single dashboard.

How is my data and my attendees' data protected?

Plumpi is built in compliance with GDPR and Cambodia's PDPA data protection standards. Attendee data is permission-gated, consent is collected at registration, and users have the right to export or delete their data at any time. Payment processing is PCI compliant.
